- Wash hands frequently with disinfectant soap for at least 20 seconds each time do not waste soap/sanitizers, use only required quantity.
- Practise respiratory hygiene by covering your mouth & nose,when you cough or sneeze,with handkerchief, bent elbow (if wearing full sleeve clothing) or tissue. Need to wash hands with sanitizer after using handkerchief or tissue.
