- Wash hands frequently with disinfectant soap for at least 20seconds each time do not waste soap/sanitizers, useonly required quantity.
- Practise respiratory hygiene by covering your mouth nose,when you cough or sneeze,with handkerchief, bent elbow (if wearing full sleeve clothing) or tissue. Need to wash hands with sanitizer after using handkerchief or tissue.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose & mouth without washing your hands
- Maintain social distancing at least 3-feet, preferably 6 feet from all
- Don’t shake hands – good opportunity to start following our traditional Vanakkam
- Clean door-handles, hand-rails, table-surfaces and other high usage areas with sanitizer, preferably hourly
- Use Manual attendance instead of Biometric attendance during this time; can be extended if required. In course of time, convert to touch-less
- Employees who interact with visitors are advised to wear Masks ; visitors to also be requested to wear masks
- Refrain from travel to affected areas &countries
- Build immunity by the following :
- Eat healthy good – avoid fried & sweet items
- Consume more warm water frequently and avoid all cold drinks
- Brisk exercise for 45 minutes
- 7-8 hours of sound sleep<
- Children below 10 years and Elders above 65 years should stay home
- If you have fever, cough or difficulty breathing, seek medical care
- Stay informed and follow advice given by your healthcare provider
- Separately regarding Toilets, need to maintain 3 points in each : clean, no smell and dry. Each person should also be advised to ensure properusage
- These procedures should be strictly monitored and ensure for compliance - should be followed even after COVID-19 goes away
